A la carte visits. Can be in addition to or in lieu of care with another provider. Visits are scheduled for 1 hour in your home. Generally includes palpation of your belly and baby (for assessing growth and positioning), listening to your baby via fetoscope/pinard horn/doppler, maternal blood pressure, and discussion of ongoing pregnancy stages and planning for baby/postpartum. Referral for ultrasounds or higher care if needed.

A la carte visits. Schedule during pregnancy or in the midst of postpartum. In your home visit can include anywhere from newborn weighing to maternal and lactation support. Geared towards mothers lacking enough postpartum support or bridging postpartum care following hospital births.

Package of 8 visits to be used during pregnancy and postpartum. No in person labor or birth care services. For any mother feeling a gap in their provider care and seeking additional support.

Private, in home class or classes with the intention of sharing childbirth preparation information. For 2 people.

45 minute targeted massage. For 3rd trimester or freshly postpartum mamas. In a comfy place in your home. Includes mini massage for baby.

A light massage and some body movement followed by rebozo sifting to encourage optimal position of baby. Does not guarantee a baby in desired position. Can help relieve tightness/discomfort and may help improve relaxation.
